The former Aberdeen Ironworks, listed category C (LB50963) as "a distinctive building occupying an entire block near the Harbour area of Aberdeen ... one of the few remaining historic industrial buildings in Aberdeen ... the only remaining building from the extensive Hall Russell & Co Ltd shipbuilding yard."
