Late 15th Century house in Combe Raleigh built for the chantry priest, show role was to pray in chantry chapel in the St Nicholas's Church "for the repose of the souls of the Bonville family", the local landowners. Grade I listed - see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1098020.
