Built in the late 18th or early 19th century of chalkstone, the cottage is listed, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1033843 Broad Hinton is a small village off the road from Avebury to Wroughton over Marlborough Downs.
