Numbers 82 and 84 Winner Street are a pair of circa 1830s houses with a late 19th or early 20th century shopfront added to number 84. Listed, grade II with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1208513 Winner Street was the principal medieval thoroughfare in Paignton, named after the bishops' vineyard.
