Commemorative Marker by the A377, in parish of Exeter (Exeter District), St. David's, at junction of New North Road, Cowley Bridge Road and road leading to Red Cow village, at end of short low wall on path at fork in road. Dated 1915. Main inscription reads; : IN MEMORY OF / Q.R. KAY OF THIS CITY / AND HIS WIFE BROTHERS / AND SISTERS / ERECTED BY THEIR DAUGHTER / E. S. STRONG Grade II listed.
