Unable to identify the small central block of flats on the Peabody Estate between Golden Lane and Whitecross Street. Beyond is the Golden Lane estate, dominated by the yellow Great Arthur House, completed in 1959 and at that time "the tallest residential building in London and ... the first to exceed the 30.5 metre (100 feet) height limit imposed in the City of London" http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=greatarthurhouse-london-unitedkingdom .
