One of many listed buildings in this area, number 3 Cross Street probably dates from c1600 though only the basic structure survives. The house seen here in August 2018 is mainly the result of late 20th century alterations. Number 3 Cross Street is Grade II listed as a "probably late 16th century house having strong group value in the centre of Caerleon".
