Carved stone post by the A3078, in parish of GERRANS (CARRICK District), Pendower, near T-junction to Pendower Beach, in bank in narrow part of road, on North side of road. Gravestone, erected by the Creed & St Just turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- ST MAWES V TREGONY V Grade II Listed.
