Given a Grade II listing https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101103780-fairlynch-arts-centre-and-museum-budleigh-salterton#.WYv_E1V96M8 as long ago as 1951, this 19th century thatched cottage is now the town's main museum.
