There is a bench mark http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5188580 just to the right of the garden doorway. The house is dated 1818 on the lozenge between the windows. The Victorian postbox http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5188593 can just be made out at the far end of the garden wall.
