A narrow lane leading south from the Puttenham-Seale road. It continues as a public roadway for only a short distance ahead - the way is then barred by the gates of the Hampton Park estate. The woodland on the left (east) is mainly beech and oak, distinctly damp, with a little stream running along a marshy gully.
