Welshpool and Llanfair railway

An enthusiasts' train pauses as it passes through the back streets of Welshpool. The photograph is taken from the cab window of the locomotive on the final approach to the terminus alongside the main line station. This length of track was abandoned when the line was later reinstated as a heritage railway.
