The steep narrow lane up to this small group of properties crosses the foreground of the photograph but the field immediately beyond it is not visible because the ground slopes away to a brook. So the field in view being grazed by sheep is the next one over as it rises from the small valley. The hill on the left in the distance is Moel Bentyrch in Image
