The carved wooden sign on the gate reads Northbrook Farm but has been amended to Northbrook Barn. It may be that the barn is let as a separate facility from the farm, which seems to be mainly a vineyard now. Signage on the caravan links it to the firm of Fox which sells and maintains garden machinery.
