A pub on the Balcombe Road. It was first formally licensed in 1874, although records suggest that it was a pub of sorts for a couple of decades or so before then. The name Copingham (without a p) appears on the land to the west of the road in a 1602 map, but the origin of this name is unclear as is the relevance of the added word "Arms" in the pub name.
