Provided the land-owner gives permission and the operators of light aircraft don't annoy the neighbours, there is no reason why a pilot shouldn't land his machine in any suitable field. This east/west orientated strip at Englefield is seen from 200 feet on short finals. In the distance is an old farm building which shelters the aircraft.
