As we were leaving Haughton Strother we noticed what we thought might be a horse drawn tram and it appeared it may have been used as a greenhouse. We noticed another one down a track. On both you could still the patterns of the livery and on one the outline for the coat of arms for Newcastle upon Tyne. After investigating further on the internet and contacting Beamish Museum they are electric tram saloons, probably type “B”.
