Falmouth Marina sill at high water

Falmouth Marina is divided into inner and outer portions by a concrete sill which crosses the marina ENE to WSW. The sill covers and protects a disused oil pipeline. At high water, as shown here, there is no sign of the sill and water covers everywhere. For the view at low water however see my Image
